When their expectations were not met, they would complain to the
institute, but their concerns were routinely ignored. Distressed
students would visit or call the office seeking help, yet no one
responded.
Another major issue I observed was that many institutes would send
any available teacher to conduct demo classes—often someone
skilled at creating a good first impression. However, once the
course actually began, that teacher would disappear, replaced by

These experiences deeply impacted me. I felt a strong need to
