Welcome to TNI Coaching ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, enrolling in our courses, or interacting with our services (online or offline), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
You must be at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a legal guardian to register for any course. By enrolling, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment of the course fee.
Admission is non-transferable and non-refundable except under specific cases mentioned in our refund policy.
TNI Coaching reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course or batch with prior notice.
All course fees must be paid in full before the start date unless a specific installment plan is agreed upon.
Any delay in fee payment beyond the due date may result in a late fee or suspension from classes.
Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, except in special cases at our discretion.
Students are expected to maintain discipline and respect toward faculty and fellow students.
Any misconduct, cheating, harassment, or violation of class decorum may lead to immediate dismissal without a refund.
Mobile phone use during classes is discouraged unless permitted by the instructor.
All study materials, PDFs, mock tests, and video lectures are for personal use only.
Unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution of any material is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
TNI Coaching holds the copyright to all course content.
Regular attendance is essential. Low attendance may affect access to revision classes or test series.
Performance in internal assessments or mock tests does not guarantee success in the actual examination.
Login credentials for online classes or test platforms must not be shared.
Internet connectivity and device setup are the student's responsibility.
Technical issues should be reported promptly; TNI Coaching is not responsible for third-party service disruptions.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided only under valid and documented reasons.
Requests must be made in writing within 7 days of course commencement.
Any approved refund will be processed after deduction of administrative charges.
